Reward Manager – Interim to Permanent

About the role

Our client is a forward‑thinking global organisation undergoing transformation. Reporting to the Head of Global Reward, you will act as the number‑2, managing the full reward cycle, benchmarking, the annual reward process and reward governance. You will translate data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with the People Team on benefits strategy, vendor management and global mobility policy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end reward cycle, including benchmarking and annual reward processes.
• Provide data‑driven insights and ensure robust reward governance.
• Develop and implement benefits strategies in partnership with the People Team.
• Manage relationships with external benefits and compensation vendors.
• Support the global mobility policy and related initiatives.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of total rewards and compensation.
• Extensive experience with annual reward cycles and benchmarking tools such as WTW.
• Knowledge of benefits design and global mobility concepts.
• Data‑driven approach with ability to analyse and present findings.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and cross‑functional teams.
