Reward Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Reward Manager to lead the total reward agenda for a growing professional services firm. You will join a people‑first HR team and work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and the wider business to shape compensation, benefits and reward strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the firm’s total reward framework.
• Review and enhance existing compensation and benefits programmes.
• Support annual salary review and benchmarking processes.
• Provide data‑driven insights and analytics to inform senior‑level decisions.
• Partner with Finance and HR to ensure reward governance and compliance.
• Contribute to the organisation’s transition to Workday, leveraging platform knowledge.

Required profile

• Significant experience in reward, compensation and benefits within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to present reward data and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
