Reward Project Manager – EMEA (Hybrid, 6‑month FTC)

About the role

This is a six‑month fixed‑term position within the Reward team of a leading distribution business. The role is hybrid, with one day per week on site in London, and focuses on delivering a Europe‑wide pay‑transparency project while reviewing EMEA benefits and share‑scheme administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a global reward project centred on EU pay‑transparency requirements.
• Analyse and benchmark employee benefits across the EMEA region.
• Manage existing and future share‑scheme programmes, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, track milestones and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress and adapt messaging for diverse audiences across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing EMEA benefits in a multinational environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Strong project‑management background with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
