RFP Writer – Asset Management

About the role

The RFP Writer will join eFinancialCareers' London‑based RFP team, supporting EMEA and Latin America distribution efforts. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality requests for proposals, due‑diligence questionnaires and client‑facing content that showcases the firm’s investment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and edit RFPs and due‑diligence questionnaires across multiple asset classes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global offices to gather accurate data and secure required sign‑offs.
• Maintain the RFP pipeline, ensuring timely updates and efficient workflow management.
• Provide ad‑hoc data and content for prospective and existing client enquiries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance RFP delivery and best practices.

Required profile

• Prior experience in asset management, preferably in an RFP or client‑reporting role.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, asset classes and capital markets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages, especially French, are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in drafting and editing formal business documents.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory procedures related to client communications.
