Risk Administrator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract in Liverpool

About the role

We are seeking a Risk Administrator to join a leading international law firm in Liverpool on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. You will work closely with the Business Acceptance and Risk teams, ensuring that client and matter onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting the firm’s broader risk management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Acceptance and Risk teams with client and matter onboarding.
• Identify potential conflicts of interest and maintain up‑to‑date compliance records.
• Support the firm’s risk management and business acceptance processes.
• Investigate queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Maintain and update risk‑related databases and office software tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within legal, compliance, financial services or professional services environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive, methodical and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
