Risk & Compliance Support – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, detail‑focused individual to join our Risk & Compliance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Watford, the role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office, and involves supporting a range of risk and compliance activities, particularly the handling of Subject Access Requests (SARs) and the administration of our risk and control framework.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of Subject Access Requests within regulatory timescales.
• Support the administration and documentation of the risk and control framework.
• Manage large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for compliance reporting.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and update relevant registers.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review information accurately.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
