About the role

This position is a broad, varied role within a leading international law firm, offering exposure to engagement letters, sanctions, data privacy, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and policy drafting and review. Key responsibilities

• Draft and review engagement letters, sanctions documentation, and data‑privacy agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues.
• Develop, draft, and review internal policies and procedures.
• Support cross‑functional teams on risk‑related legal matters.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent drafting abilities.
• Experience in risk, regulatory, compliance, or commercial legal matters is advantageous.
• Eagerness to broaden expertise across a wide range of risk and compliance topics.
