Risk Pricing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Motor Risk Pricing Manager to join our growing team in London. The role focuses on developing and refining pricing models for motor insurance, leveraging risk modelling and telematics data. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate analytical insights into commercial pricing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multivariate pricing models (e.g., GLMs) for motor insurance.
• Incorporate telematics and other risk data into pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and analytics teams to ensure model relevance.
• Provide clear, commercially‑focused insights from technical analyses.
• Support continuous improvement of pricing processes and tools.

Required profile

• Strong experience in General Insurance pricing with a focus on risk modelling.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into business impact.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
