Romanian, Lithuanian & English Speaking Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Romanian, Lithuanian and English speaker to join our customer services team on a full‑time, permanent basis. After an initial on‑site training period you will have the opportunity to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in Romanian, Lithuanian and English.
• Make outbound calls to clients and provide updates as required.
• Maintain accurate records using the in‑house system.
• Deliver a professional, courteous service while respecting confidentiality and compliance guidelines.
• Work on a rotating schedule between 9 am and 7 pm.

Required profile

• Fluent speaking, reading and writing in Romanian, Lithuanian and English.
• Previous customer‑service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.) is welcomed but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients over the phone.
• IT literate and able to use the company’s system.
• Team player with a punctual and reliable attitude.
