Roofing Instructor – Train Future Professionals

About the role

We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our training team and deliver practical roofing instruction to learners. This full‑time position offers a healthy work‑life balance and the chance to shape the next generation of roofing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on roofing training in a modern workshop environment.
• Prepare tools, materials and equipment for each training session.
• Guide learners to develop safe, industry‑standard working practices.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organised and professional training setting.
• Travel to London monthly with expenses covered.

Required profile

• Significant industry experience in roofing.
• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Passion for mentoring and developing learners.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to complete instructor training if not already held.
• Commitment to health & safety, safeguarding and learner wellbeing.
