Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping (Brighton)

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Malmaison Brighton you will be part of the Housekeeping team responsible for delivering spotless guest bedrooms each day. You will work on set shifts, primarily between 9 am and 3 pm, ensuring every room meets the brand’s high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all guest bedrooms to the highest standards on a daily basis.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following provided training.
• Interact courteously with guests, using conversational English.
• Work independently for periods of time while adhering to shift schedules.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Good spoken English and ability to communicate with guests.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of housekeeping work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Flexibility to work set shifts and occasional weekend hours.
