About the role

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to a high standard.
• Follow housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Uphold the hotel’s values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care.

Required profile

• Strong passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Courteous, professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Interest in art, culture, and hospitality.

Required skills

• Hourly wage starting at £12.71, rising to £14.02 with targets, up to £15.02 after training.
