Room Attendant

About the role

Cameron House, a 5‑star resort on the shores of Loch Lomond, is seeking enthusiastic Room Attendants to uphold its exceptional hospitality standards. You will be responsible for preparing guest rooms and suites for arrival and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Make beds, change sheets, remove used linen and replenish toiletries.
• Clean toilets, dust and polish fixtures, mirrors, tables, desks, headboards and window sills.
• Replenish refreshment trays and stock housekeeping trolleys for the next shift.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors and ensure staircases and corridors are tidy.
• Remove rubbish and recycling, and handle lost property securely.
• Report any room damage or maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain guest privacy and security, and respond to guest queries with accurate information.
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and provide general support to the housekeeping team as needed.
