About the role

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to join a school‑based nursery in Mid Sussex on a full‑time basis starting September 2026. You will lead a dedicated nursery room, creating a safe and engaging environment that supports young children’s learning and development.

Key responsibilities

Lead a nursery room within a school setting.
Support children’s learning and development through play.
Manage the day‑to‑day running of the room.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to maintain the highest standards of care.

Required profile

CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
Paediatric First Aid qualification (essential).
Previous experience working as a Room Leader.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
A positive, organised, and caring approach.
