Room Manager (Early Years Nursery)

About the role
Joining Little Pioneers is seeking a dedicated Room Manager to support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager in delivering high‑quality early years care. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance, fostering team engagement, and achieving outstanding outcomes for the children.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior nursery leadership to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of early years practitioners.
- Monitor and uphold performance standards for care and education.
- Support staff in delivering exceptional early learning experiences.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation within the room.
Required profile
- Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered).
- Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
- Passion for early years education and working with children.
Required skills
- Knowledge of early years statutory frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to lead and manage a small team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
