Rotational Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team at London Bridge Hospital, a leading private healthcare provider rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. The role offers full‑time, permanent employment and provides exposure to a wide range of specialist clinical areas across our three main hospital buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centred pharmaceutical care throughout the patient journey.
• Provide expert medicines management advice to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support safe and effective prescribing practices and promote appropriate use of medicines.
• Facilitate the use of patients’ own medications where suitable and ensure timely supply of medicines.
• Rotate across specialist services such as orthopaedic and spinal surgery, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, hepatology, cardiology, oncology, haematology and critical care.

Required profile

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Post‑graduate diploma or master’s degree in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
• Post‑qualification experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
