Royalty Administrator – Media & Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Royalty Administrator to support the Director of Royalties in a fast‑moving media and entertainment environment. The role involves processing and reconciling royalty statements for global partners while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manually reconcile royalty statements.
• Process royalty statements and analyse financial data.
• Collate relevant information and maintain records in an in‑house database.
• Assist with payment queries and conduct ad‑hoc research projects.
• Provide support to the Director of Royalties as required.
• Liaise with teams in the US, clients and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced office administration role.
• Experience in publishing or with royalty systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong numeracy skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Confident communication abilities and professional liaison skills.
• Methodical, analytical, diligent and proactive with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
