RTR Accountant – Intercompany (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Record‑to‑Report (RTR) Accountant to join a high‑performing finance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on intercompany accounting, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations and timely financial reporting across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting processes, including journal posting, reconciliations and balance matching.
• Execute month‑end close activities in line with reporting deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany differences across the group.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury and shared services to improve processes.
• Support VAT and tax compliance for intercompany transactions.
• Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements.
• Provide documentation and analysis for audit requirements.
• Assist with system testing and process documentation as needed.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in intercompany accounting within an RTR environment.
• Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP system)
