RTT Data Coordinator – Child Health

About the role

The Referral to Treatment (RTT) Data Coordinator will support the Access Manager & Operations team in validating RTT pathways for Child Health. The role focuses on ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring patient pathways, and helping the Trust meet performance targets for reduced wait times.

Key responsibilities

• Deputise for the RTT Validation & Access Lead as required.
• Monitor and maintain patient pathways and validate data against national databases.
• Audit and validate information entered into clinical and administrative systems such as HICSS, E-Docs, E‑Camis and Camis.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and entered in a timely manner.
• Provide on‑site support during the initial competency period, with the possibility of two days remote work thereafter.

Required profile

• Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy at GCSE level or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3, A‑Level or comparable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
