Rural Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Rural Surveyor to join our team in Wimborne, South West England. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, providing valuation, advisory and planning services across agricultural, commercial and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations for banks, private individuals, probate and tax planning purposes.
• Assist with rural and farm agency planning, including agricultural, commercial, residential and diversification applications.
• Provide professional advice on landlord and tenant matters, countryside stewardship and SFI schemes.
• Manage compensation claims, utilities and telecoms projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow the business.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• RICS qualified and registered valuer.
• Chartered Rural Surveyor status or working towards chartership.
• Member of the CAAV (desirable).
