Sage X3 Finance Consultant

About the role

Mysoft is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Finance Consultant to lead and deliver complex Sage X3 projects for its UK clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their finance processes and translate them into effective Sage X3 solutions, driving optimisation and successful system adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and optimise Sage X3 Finance modules, including core accounting, AP/AR, banking, payments, VAT/tax and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customisations, integrations and system enhancements.
• Lead testing, data migration validation and deployment activities to ensure project success.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing guidance and issue resolution.
• Deliver user training, documentation and knowledge transfer, and provide post‑go‑live support and system optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Sage X3 Finance, with strong functional knowledge of core accounting processes.
• Solid understanding of business processes, solution design, ERP best practices and structured project methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills, able to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
