Sage X3 Support Consultant – Hybrid

About the role

Washington Frank is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Support Consultant to join its internal systems team on a hybrid basis. You will be the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day Sage X3 support, helping business users resolve issues and ensuring the platform continues to deliver value as it evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Sage X3, troubleshooting user queries and incidents.
• Configure and maintain Sage X3 modules to meet operational requirements.
• Plan, test and apply Sage X3 patch upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional issues into system improvements.
• Manage small enhancements from scoping through testing and delivery.
• Act as the internal go‑to expert for Sage X3 best‑practice guidance.
• Liaise with external Sage partners or vendors for escalated issues.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience supporting Sage X3 in an end‑user or partner environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage patch upgrades and small system changes.
• Strong understanding of Sage X3 functionality and core business processes.
• Self‑motivated with the capability to manage workload independently within an in‑house team.
