Sales Account Administrator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Account Administrator to join an international business for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports the EMEA sales team, ensuring smooth order administration, accurate CRM data, and a high‑quality customer experience across the UK, USA, Italy and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and track progress using Salesforce and related systems.
• Create and maintain MOCTs within Agile and issue order acknowledgements.
• Keep customer, lead, opportunity and campaign records up‑to‑date in Salesforce.
• Liaise with logistics and operations to provide shipping updates and delivery schedules.
• Generate Salesforce reports and update the sales pipeline.
• Handle RMAs, warranty orders, concessions and order amendments.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts and supplier onboarding documentation.
• Prepare basic quotations and provide lead‑time information.
• Coordinate with service teams on service‑related orders.
• Maintain customer contracts, tenders and transactional records, ensuring compliance.
• Support credit control activities, including credit checks and overdue payment follow‑up.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, account administration or office support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Confident communicator with internal stakeholders, customers and sales teams.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
