Sales Account Executive

About the role

As a Sales Account Executive at Casting Support Systems, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them from enquiry through to delivery. You will support a newly secured major contract and help grow long‑term relationships in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying warm sales and account development opportunities.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, prepare quotations and recommend suitable products and manufacturing solutions.
• Manage the full customer journey, ensuring clear communication at every stage from enquiry to order completion.
• Provide accurate information on products, capabilities, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and on‑time delivery.
• Gather customer feedback, spot trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate concerns or complaints when necessary and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to identify opportunities that add value for customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work collaboratively across departments.
