Sales Account Manager – Hybrid – High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Sales Account Managers to join a well‑established retail solutions provider in High Wycombe. Working on a hybrid model, you will report to the Sales Manager and focus on building a robust sales pipeline, nurturing existing accounts, and securing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, prospecting and arranging meetings.
• Conduct client meetings virtually, in‑person or via telephone and email.
• Negotiate terms, price, delivery and specifications and close sales.
• Demonstrate and present products to prospects and customers.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings.
• Record sales and order information accurately in the company system.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Desire and drive to sell with a high degree of self‑motivation.
• Previous B2B sales experience is desirable.
• Experience attending external meetings is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
