Sales Account Manager – Hybrid – £25k‑£35k

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Sales Account Managers to join a well‑established retail solutions provider in High Wycombe. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will build a pipeline of new business while nurturing existing client relationships, working within a hybrid model that combines office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, prospecting and arranging meetings.
• Conduct virtual, telephone and face‑to‑face meetings with clients.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, delivery and specifications and close sales.
• Demonstrate and present products to buyers and managers.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Record sales and order information in the company system.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience (desirable).
• Experience attending external client meetings (desirable).
• Strong self‑motivation and ambition to sell.
• Full UK driving licence.
