Sales Account Manager – Hybrid – £30‑35k

About the role

We are seeking two enthusiastic Sales Account Managers to join a well‑established retail solutions provider in High Wycombe. One position will be field‑based and the other in‑house, both operating under a hybrid working model and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, prospecting meetings and virtual outreach.
• Meet clients in person, via video conference or telephone and follow up by email.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, delivery and specifications and close sales.
• Demonstrate and present products to prospective buyers.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Record sales and order information accurately in the company system.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Experience attending external client meetings.
• Strong desire and ability to sell.
• High level of self‑motivation and ambition.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
