Sales Account Manager – Hybrid – £30k-£35k

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Sales Account Managers to join a well‑established retail solutions provider in High Wycombe. One position will be field‑based while the other will operate primarily in‑house, both reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, nurturing existing accounts, and securing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, prospecting and arranging meetings.
• Conduct client meetings virtually, in person, and via telephone or email.
• Negotiate terms, price, costs, delivery and specifications and close sales.
• Demonstrate and present products to prospects.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Record sales and order information in the company’s computer system.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Experience attending external client meetings.
• Strong desire and ability to sell.
• High level of self‑motivation and ambition.
• Full driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
