About the role
Our client, a well‑established manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their sales team in Redhill. The role focuses on nurturing existing customer relationships and generating new business within the Construction, Facilities Management and Fire Safety sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Source and prospect new leads using a variety of methods.
- Bid for tender opportunities, collaborating with internal teams.
- Onboard new customers, negotiate trade pricing and work with graphics and marketing to develop bespoke product ranges and catalogues.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Maintain consistent outbound activity through email and phone calls.
- Manage project work as required by customers.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Previous experience selling to the Construction, Facilities Management or Fire Safety industries is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
