Sales Administration Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Administration Manager to cover a 16‑month maternity leave within a leading creative organisation. The role will oversee sales operations, support trade customers and ensure accurate order processing while maintaining smooth internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the workload of the administration and customer service team.
• Oversee trade‑customer onboarding, account set‑up and ongoing support.
• Process orders across multiple channels, resolve issues and maintain pricing records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trade customers.
• Maintain key account data and support international sales activities.
• Coordinate trade‑show administration and related logistics.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational ability and strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in sales administration with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using multiple systems and platforms.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
