Sales Administrator – Commercial Support

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support a busy commercial team across multiple markets. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, accurate record‑keeping and a high‑quality customer experience. This is an office‑based role in Eccles, offering the chance to develop your commercial administration skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular sales reports, dashboards and performance updates.
• Analyse sales activity, revenue performance and key commercial KPIs.
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across the sales function.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews and budgeting activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting processes.
• Coordinate customer documentation and commercial administration.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations and customer service colleagues.
• Assist with process‑improvement initiatives and best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• Experience in sales administration, sales support or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
