About the role
We are a leading distributor seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join our expanding team in High Wycombe. The role focuses on processing sales orders and ensuring smooth communication of shipping information.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Respond to internal and external requests for shipping status.
- Coordinate problem‑solving with logistics, sales engineers and service colleagues.
- Provide general office support such as telephone handling and sample shipping.
- Maintain activity records and support the sales team’s daily operations.
Required profile
- Some experience in customer support or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and a proactive customer‑service attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

What we offer
- Permanent contract with a salary of £20,000‑£23,000 per annum.

- Core hours 08:30‑17:00 Mon‑Thu and 08:30‑16:00 Fri, with flexible working after probation.
