Sales Administrator – Hybrid, £30k, Bristol

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team in Bristol. The role combines administrative duties with customer interaction, offering a varied day‑to‑day experience and clear pathways for training and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for customers.
• Liaise with clients, respond to enquiries and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate contracts, applications and project information.
• Research prospective customers and assist in creating email campaigns, case studies and company news.
• Produce monthly reports and support the wider sales and project teams.
• Suggest improvements to systems and working practices.

Required profile

• Some experience in administration, customer service or sales support.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident, friendly communication style and good written English.
• Positive, enthusiastic and dependable attitude.
• Willingness to ask questions, contribute ideas and learn.
