Sales Administrator

About the role

Bionic is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join its Sales Operations team. You will act as the key liaison between customers, internal teams, and energy suppliers, ensuring every contract moves smoothly from sale to final processing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and energy suppliers to guarantee accurate and timely contract processing.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve issues that arise during the switching process.
• Collect missing customer information and ensure correct submissions to suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier terminations and verify that all data is captured in internal systems.
• Monitor outstanding contracts, keep records up‑to‑date, and flag any discrepancies.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase workflow efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams to reduce recurring administrative problems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent performance and high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, contract administration, or sales support.
• Ability to resolve customer and supplier queries with professionalism and urgency.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with contract management processes and key contractual terms (desirable).
• Team‑player who works effectively across departments.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
