Sales Administrator

About the role

This is a temporary Sales Administrator position within a global manufacturing business based on the Ellesmere Port Industrial Estate. You will join a busy Customer Service team, providing back‑office support for high‑value technical sales orders and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process sales orders using a SAP‑based ERP system.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email regarding order updates, product queries, and amendments.
• Handle freight order claim backs and manage the electronic filing system.
• Escalate any order discrepancies promptly.
• Support customer account managers and sales representatives with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments (or similar technical sales support roles).
• Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast‑paced setting.
• Access to a personal vehicle for commuting.
