Sales Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients and to keep our sales processes running smoothly. You will work on the outskirts of Warminster, supporting a busy sales team and ensuring an excellent experience from enquiry to contract completion.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors, providing a professional first impression.
• Handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, recording details accurately in the CRM.
• Qualify leads and allocate them to the appropriate sales colleague.
• Monitor the progress of sales enquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Review and issue quotations, then produce weekly sales reports for management.
• Follow up with customers after quotations, answer queries and maintain strong relationships.
• Process contracts once quotations are accepted and keep records up to date.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming showroom stocked with marketing materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar administration role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Professional, confident and approachable demeanor.
• Proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Good IT proficiency with experience using CRM systems and accurate data entry.
