Sales Administrator – Property

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Sales Administrator to support our property sales team in Totteridge. The role involves managing the administrative side of property transactions and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales documentation, contracts and correspondence.
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors throughout the sales process.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and promote the company brand.
• Support the team in achieving targets by delivering exceptional customer service and regular client updates.
• Keep up to date with local property market trends and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property administration.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, positive outlook with excellent communication abilities.

Required skills

• Reapit property software.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £27,000‑£32,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm.
