Sales Administrator – Technical Products

About the role

A well‑established and growing company is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly, fast‑paced team. This varied and rewarding role ensures day‑to‑day sales operations run smoothly, handling orders, customer communication and export paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, update internal systems and issue order confirmations.
• Handle customer correspondence via phone and email.
• Prepare and process export documentation.
• Communicate shipping details, ETAs and updates to customers and internal teams.
• Support wider sales operations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales administration role.
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Confident handling large volumes of data and information input.
• Experience with Sage 50 or SAP is desirable.

What we offer

• Salary £28,000‑£35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Monday‑to‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm.
