Sales Advisor Apprenticeship with Uncapped Commission

About the role
Join EE’s call centre as a Sales Advisor Apprentice and help customers find the right mobile, broadband and smart‑home solutions. You’ll work on the phone, build relationships and learn sales techniques while completing a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and understand their needs.
- Recommend appropriate EE products and services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Participate in weekly study days and coaching sessions.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Friendly, clear speaking voice.
- No prior experience required.
- Commitment to complete the apprenticeship programme.
