Sales Advisor – Automotive Retail

About the role

Join a leading independent automotive dealer group as a Sales Advisor in Mill Hill. You will be the front‑line representative for customers, helping them find the right vehicle and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Handle incoming enquiries and guide customers through the sales process.
• Negotiate offers and close vehicle sales while meeting targets.
• Provide high‑quality after‑sales support and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve branch goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in retail or sales with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, flexible and dedicated.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, including at least every Saturday and alternate Sundays.
• Valid driving licence.
