Sales Advisor – Customer Calls (North Tyneside/Gosforth)

About the role

Join EE’s North Tyneside/Gosforth contact centre as a Sales Advisor. You’ll handle inbound calls from existing customers, helping them choose the best phone, broadband or tech product for their needs while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assess their requirements.
• Recommend suitable EE products and plans, matching features to customer preferences.
• Provide clear information on pricing, promotions and contract terms.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company system.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for talking to people.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to translate customer needs into product recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
