Sales Advisor – Customer Service (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

Join the lively EE contact centre in Truro as a Sales Advisor. You will handle inbound calls from existing customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals while navigating our tech product range.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assess their needs.
• Match customers with suitable phone, broadband or other tech products.
• Provide clear information on offers, pricing and features.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable speaking with people.
• Good listener who can pick up cues to recommend the right product.
• Competitive and motivated by meeting targets.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who enjoys tech‑related conversations.
