Sales Advisor – Development Sales Manager (Glasgow)

About the role

We are recruiting three Development Sales Managers (Sales Advisors) for our Scotland West region, based in Glasgow. In this role you will manage the development sales function, act as the primary contact for potential and existing customers, and drive the sale of homes while ensuring a high‑quality customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the development sales function from pre‑start to post‑completion.
• Meet prospective customers and maintain the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
• Oversee customer requirements and expectations throughout the house‑buying process.
• Ensure the development’s presentation reflects a strong sales message and the highest standards.

Required profile

• Proven high‑performance experience in a sales role.
• Presentable, customer‑facing professional with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and experience analysing/reporting issues that could affect a development.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and propose solutions that maximise results.
