Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our client’s team in Whiteley. You will handle inbound customer calls, make outbound contacts to lapsed customers, and promote a range of environmentally‑focused services. Full training will be provided, allowing you to develop a career in sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route inbound business calls, ensuring a professional first point of contact.
• Contact lapsed customers to win back business and upsell additional services.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities in low‑penetration areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, including calls, emails, quotes and complaints.
• Support the sales manager in implementing growth strategies and achieving daily, monthly and annual targets.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell products to both new and existing customers.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone and email.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to spot opportunities and suggest solutions.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues to meet tight deadlines.
