Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our Birmingham South dealership team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the car buying journey and helping them find the right vehicle from our extensive brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and inbound customers, understand their needs and present suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives, explain features and benefits, and address any queries.
• Negotiate pricing, finance and insurance options to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and process sales documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Maintain the showroom and vehicle presentation to high standards.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Minimum of 2 years proven automotive sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
