About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Princes Risborough. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the best solutions and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Determine customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Process enquiries, renewals and sales orders accurately.
- Record all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Promote products proactively to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality or an office environment.
