Sales Advisor – Permanent – £21k per year + Salary Review

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Princes Risborough. In this permanent position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions and ensuring a smooth sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products in line with company processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally.
• Process enquiries, renewals and sales orders accurately.
• Record all customer interactions and sales details in the internal CRM system.
• Promote products proactively to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality or an office environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
