About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Princes Risborough. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the best solutions while representing our brand with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing enquiries and renewals accurately.
- Record all customer interactions, resolutions and sales orders in the internal CRM system.
- Promote products proactively to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality or an office environment.
