Sales Advisor – Uncapped Commission (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our Truro contact centre on a part‑time basis. You will handle inbound calls from existing EE customers, guiding them to the best phone, broadband or tech deals that suit their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer enquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Match customers with suitable phone, broadband or entertainment packages.
• Explain features, pricing and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record interactions and sales activity in the company system.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
• Competitive mindset and desire to meet or exceed targets.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Basic computer literacy for using internal sales tools.
