Sales Advisor – Warm Lead Calling

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join a leading property surveying firm in Manchester. You will work from a modern office, handling inbound and outbound calls to convert warm leads and referrals into confirmed survey or valuation bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and make calls using a dialler system and CRM platform.
• Convert warm leads and referrals into sales, securing payment at the point of booking.
• Provide clear explanations of product options, benefits and pricing.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow‑up activities in the CRM.
• Organise workload to manage active and inactive cases efficiently.
• Deliver quotes promptly and maximise conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly income targets and contribute to team goals.
• Uphold high call quality, professionalism and KPI standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Comfortable using a CRM system to track and manage leads.
• Confident, professional phone manner with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, persuasive approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
